Jessica and Fred : Santa Monica and Walt Disney Concert Hall Engagement Session

Scheduling engagement session in Southern California is usually pretty simple. Pick a day and the sun comes out and treats us to some amazing light. But on the days leading up to Jessica and Fred’s engagement session, we had a few days of rain. Shocking, I know! We were worried that we had to reschedule the session, but the forecast said that things would clear up…and thankfully, it did. Southern California was treated to an amazing day.

Our first stop was Downtown Los Angeles where Jessica works and it is a special place for her. We went to the Walt Disney Concert Hall where we got a wonderful variety of looks. That building is so stunning that it everywhere you go is such a great scene. We then took a few shots at nearby Grand Park which was decorated with an installation of large pieces remembering the Armenian Genocide of 1915. That was a very interesting scene to say the least. Our final stop was at the beach in Santa Monica which is near where Jessica and Fred live. It’s always nice to go to a location that is meaningful to our clients. It gives their photos a little bit of extra specialness. Is that even a word?! ha! As the light got softer near the end of the day, we had some really fun shots at the beach.
